If I were to serve Thai fish cakes on an airplane, would the fish cakes expand at the height of 40000 feet?

Meat balls have similar quality to fish cakes, and at the height of 40000 feet, they would actually expand to the size of tennis balls. Hence, I was wondering if I were to serve fish cakes on an airplane, would it have the same problem?
